On behalf of Sea Gypsy Treasures I would like to personally thank each of you beautiful souls who made it out for the first Byron Bay “Dream Big 2015” weaving and Intention setting workshop held at the Broken Head Hall on November 22nd, 2014. The afternoon activities began with a special Awakening stretch lead by Pilates instructor and surf coach Fiona Duncan of Wahine on Waves. After the gentle session everyone had an opportunity to enjoy a guided meditation for intention setting and writing down their dreams in the dreaming booklet provided.
It was wonderful to see and feel the shift once we all took a moment to meditate on our intentions for 2015 and made the crafting session that much more meaningful. Each participant had the same materials and after the center weaving instruction was finished, I was overjoyed to see the uniqueness of every dreamers creation. Each dreamcatcher was special and imbued with good intentions.
Raw organic afternoon tea was provided by Lets Celebrate Health and included a mix of raw tortes, brownies, truffles and fresh limeade. Fueled with delicious food, a refreshing breeze, and good vibes the workshop was a buzz with smiles and laughter.
I was delighted to see people helping one another, sharing materials and trusting their intuition. Materials were shared, personal embellishments including crystals, wedding favors, and meaningful talilsmen were added in to the dreamcatchers. Photos below are a window into the afternoons joy, each and every person who came along, helped set up, break down, and spread the word made this event the success it was. Mahalo Nui Loa from the bottom of my heart, for helping me make this inaugural workshop a dream come true. I hope each of you will find strength and continued inspiration from your unique hand made treasures, hone your crafts, sleep soundly and always always DREAM BIG.
With my Aloha
Dawn Wolf Dreamer
